These beautiful daffodils have sprung to life in the Smiles in Tandem wild garden. A welcome sign that Spring is just around the corner and we have many other reasons to smile here at the practice. Find out why below.

A very warm welcome to Antida, the latest edition to the Smiles family!
Antida joins us as a fully qualified dental nurse and she particularly enjoys dentistry because no day is ever the same. She loves feeling involved in patient care, especially seeing patients leave with a happy, new smile.
Outside of work, she enjoys family time, swimming with her daughter and exploring local farms together. Her happy place is the kitchen, especially when it comes to making desserts. We are really happy to welcome Antida into the team.
FOR OUR PLANET
Remember last month when we said that we had so much more planned for this year, so watch this space.... We hadn't quite expected to have this news quite so soon!
We have just achieved the FDI World Dental Federation Gold Award in Sustainability.
This recognises the smaller steps in composting and recycling waste but also the large actions such as investing digital technology for intraoral scanning and digital radiography.
Sustainability is so important to us and the whole team work so hard on this, with a special mention to Eco-Ninja Lucy for all her efforts.
Don't forget that for every friend who joins us as a new patient at Smiles in Tandem we plant another tree. This month we planted 2 new UK trees.
